- Account details (only if you create an account): name, phone, optional email and a securely encrypted password
- Location — only if you tap "Use my current location" at sign-up or checkout, to help the rider find you
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools like the Meta Pixel
How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your orders
- To send order updates by SMS (for example, when your order is confirmed or shipped)
- To send password reset codes when you ask for them
- To improve our website, products and service
- To prevent fake orders and fraud
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share only what is needed:
- Courier partners (such as Steadfast) — your name, phone and address, to deliver the parcel
- SMS provider — your phone number, to send order messages
- Advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta) — anonymous or protected data to measure ads
How we protect it
- Passwords are stored encrypted — nobody, including us, can read them
- Our admin panel is protected with login limits and session controls
- Only the information needed for your order is shown to our staff
