By using this website and placing an order with MERNify Mart, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed after we check stock and, when needed, call you to confirm the details.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the phone number/address cannot be verified. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.
• You can cancel your own order from My Account before it is confirmed. After that, please contact us.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery unless another method is shown at checkout.
• The delivery charge (currently ৳60) is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have a minimum order, expiry date or usage limit.

Delivery

• Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or courier issues.
• Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If something is wrong, tell the rider and contact us the same day.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may block accounts or phone numbers that place fake orders or repeatedly refuse deliveries.

Product information

We try to show correct photos, descriptions and prices. Packaging may sometimes differ slightly from the photo because of manufacturer updates.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
